Why we meditate
Does your mind wander all the time?
Do you often feel overwhelmed?
Do you suffer from anxiety?
Do you wish you could control your reactions better? How often do you have a situation where you blow up and argue, or yell, or get angry and then later regret the reaction and what you said?
Yes, in the past, that was me too.
You are not alone

My Story:
My first experience ended in tears, I couldn't understand why it was so difficult to meditate.
My mind was constantly distracted, my foot fell asleep and I suffered from anxiety.
However, after I conquered the ability to sit still in meditation, my mind started to quiet, my anxiety dissipated and my reactions to difficult situations reduced dramatically.
Why meditation matters
Is there scientific proof that meditation works?
In 2011, Sara Lazar and her team at Harvard found that mindfulness meditation
can actually change the structure of the brain
“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.” – Ram Dass
Meditation can be practised at home using simple steps and using it consistently results in greater control of ourselves and finding balance.
My role here is to guide you through meditation so you can learn the right technique and to help you stay committed to your meditation practice.

Guided meditations in the four categories below are easily accessible for listening online or you can download them to listen when you need them.
Starting with my story and journey with meditation, I share tips for sitting meditation, share benefits and additional information on an ongoing basis.
Use the downloads as you deepen your independent practice, or download the audios so you can access the meditation when you need it, where you need it.
Each of the four categories can be used at different times, for different needs, throughout our lives. Once we know the techniques we can shift into them as needed to create: Calm, Focus, Energy, Bliss.
Practice this regularly to be “in the present moment” at all times.
Practice this regularly to increase gratitude and focus, to instill change.
Practice this in moderation; too much is not healthy and shorter timing is more beneficial.
Practice this every day to increase grey matter and create lasting change.
